Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at STAAR Surgical. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our medical devices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Production Operations: You will be responsible for operating production-related equipment and ensuring that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and for ensuring that all production documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Teamwork: You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, and to communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Continuous Improvement: You will be expected to identify areas for improvement and to contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills are strongly preferred, and you must be able to read, write, and speak English.
What We Offer:
