- Teamwork and Communication

Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods, move freely throughout the store, and lift up to 75 pounds.
