Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000, depending on experience.



Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Survey Division Director to lead and grow our land survey division across three offices in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the survey department to achieve strategic objectives
  • Evaluate market surveying practices and technologies for public and private clients
  • Communicate and manage external clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Assist in business development needs to expand the firm's survey services
  • Oversee the firm's commitment to quality assurance and quality control
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities to drive business growth


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Surveying or a related field
  • 10-15+ years of experience in surveying with 5+ years of experience leading and managing survey personnel
  • Professional Land Surveyor license in Tennessee or ability to achieve
  • Familiarity with latest technology and emerging practices in conventional and advanced surveying
