About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Property Manager to join our team at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Conduct thorough property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation projects to ensure optimal property condition.

Client and Tenant Services
  • Client/Tenant Services: Implement a tenant retention program to foster strong relationships and maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate property alterations, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet regularly with tenant representatives and handle tenant issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct periodic inventories of building contents and property condition to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Leadership and Management
  • Leadership Management: Establish goals and objectives for employees reporting to the GM, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure effective team management.
  • Develop training programs and career paths to enhance employee skills and retention.
  • Cross-sell JLL services to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Take on additional duties and tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the company.
Requirements
  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Years of relevant experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing a team of three (3) or more people.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, interest, commission, prorations, percentages, rent, and financial statements.
  • Possesses financial and accounting acumen.
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Capability to work with limited standardization and interpret instructions effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and implementation orientation.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other required software programs, familiarity with various budget applications, ability to travel within the local region.
