Key Responsibilities:
- Perform direct observation of patients with mental health or behavioral safety needs

- Communicate patient status changes to the primary Registered Nurse and/or Nurse Leader
- Collect data related to patient care and administer basic treatments under the direction of a Registered Nurse
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- One year experience in acute care setting, mental health, or human services preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of therapeutic interventions
- BLS certification
