Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in identifying strengths and abilities, and assist them in articulating, developing, and creating personal goals for recovery.
  • Help individuals access therapeutic and ancillary services, and support the therapeutic milieu.
  • Work with program staff to develop and maintain a resource directory available to individuals served.
  • Assist individuals in obtaining services that suit their life goals and recovery needs.
  • Promote collaboration and sharing of resources for individuals in the community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the mental health field and/or the social work/human services field.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive support.
