Millennium Physician Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our Medical Office team in Saint Augustine, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze patient charts to determine items that need to be pulled and printed for record releases
  • Obtain proper release signatures and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Search system for chart history and print charts in proper order
  • Determine cost of records and collect payments
  • Meet with insurance company representatives and patient face-to-face for signature releases
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
