Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:

  • Drive mechanical design initiatives, from initial concepts to detailed designs and validation of systems and components.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions into overall equipment designs.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and design evaluations to identify technical risks, optimize designs, and adhere to project specifications and industry regulations.
  • Utilize CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks, for 3D modeling, drafting, and simulating mechanical designs.
  • Oversee prototype development and testing, interpreting test results to refine and enhance designs.
  • Support manufacturing and assembly processes, offering expertise to promote efficient production and uphold quality standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers, aiding in their professional development and growth within the organization.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with capital and OEM equipment.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Background in chemical process equipment and machine design.

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports professional growth and skill development.
