Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ice Cream Maker to join our team at Bruster's Ice Cream Shorter Ave. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for overseeing the back of the store, assisting with opening and closing procedures, managing inventory and production, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be taught everything you need to know about ice cream production and store operations.
  • Oversee the back of the store, including inventory management and production.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the store.
  • Manage and control inventory and production to ensure high-quality products.
  • Ensure product is properly stocked throughout the store.
  • Produce ice cream, sherbet, and ice when scheduled.
  • Operate necessary equipment, including mixers and freezers.
  • Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed.

Requirements: No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide training. However, a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
