Job Overview

At Chicken Salad Chick - 02, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile and ensure they have a superb experience, creating a lasting memory of their visit.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow team members whenever possible, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, adhering to Chicken Salad Chick standards.
  • Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly, meeting CSC standards.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with team members and guests.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Reliability: Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Age: Be at least 16 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous restaurant and/or retail experience is highly desirable.
Physical Demands
  • Lifting: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Mobility: Stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday.
  • Work Environment: Work and perform all duties at assigned stations in the kitchen or service area.
