  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, adhering to Chicken Salad Chick standards.
  • Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly, meeting CSC standards.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and guests.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands
  • Lifting: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
