About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data entry, help desk support, and overall customer service for wireless telecommunication devices and office administration.
  • Issue government smartphones, tablets, and hotspots.
  • Configure, test, install Purebred and Flank Speed applications, as well as any future mobile applications as directed by NSWC PCD command, on government smartphones.
  • Provide technical assistance for users with government smartphones.
  • Receive and prepare government telecom devices for re-issuance.
  • Maintain inventory and accountability of all government telecom assets.
  • Perform functions such as acquiring knowledge and staying current with DoD CAC Personal Identification Number (PIN) reset application utility, collecting and supporting responses to data calls.
  • Utilize word processing, scheduling, spreadsheet, SharePoint Online, and database applications.
  • Exercise interpersonal skills to support customers in identifying, correcting or reporting system and equipment performance problems.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM from an accredited institution preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience required. Prior experience in related environment preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Server, Linux, Mac, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Alloy Navigator, and ServiceNow.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND or SSCP.
  • Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
