The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Core Banking Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued success in the financial technology sector.
You will be responsible for identifying and targeting top-tier banks and financial institutions for potential opportunities, cultivating and managing key relationships with decision-makers, and developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet annual quotas.
Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in consultative IT and SaaS sales within banking with specific core expertise preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Strong business acumen with a focus on high-impact ROI
- Ability to quickly triage potential opportunities and carefully manage your time
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in both hunter and sole contributor environments
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $257,812.50 USD. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentives. Your recruiter will provide more information to you.
