Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - NICU/ED

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Emergency Department (ED).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU and ED, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
  • Conduct assessments and develop plans of care for patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification.
  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
