Audacy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel to join its legal department in Philadelphia. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in providing legal guidance and support to the company's business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, and consumer data privacy and security.
  • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, with a strong background in commercial law and intellectual property.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with experience in Adobe Acrobat and other relevant software.
  • Juris Doctorate degree and ability to practice law in Pennsylvania.
