Customer Service Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate Manager to join our team at Rusty Lantern Market. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, striving to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the store, including cleaning and stocking shelves, adhering to laws and regulations regarding alcohol and cigarette sales, and accurately processing transactions through our point-of-sale system.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring competitor prices and adjusting ours as needed, while also protecting company assets and ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility with schedules, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining store appearance and adhering to cleanliness standards
- Accurately processing transactions and managing cash handling
- Monitoring competitor prices and adjusting ours as needed
- Protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Great customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
