Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at MasTec Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to a construction project on-site, ensuring that work is completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and specifications.
  • Supervise and direct a team of construction personnel, including leadmen, foremen, and superintendents, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in a supervisory role in construction, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
