Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Training Specialist, Real Estate and Healthcare, to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our onsite and corporate teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning plans that align with our company's overall strategy.
  • Training Delivery: Design and implement effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs using relevant KPIs and feedback mechanisms, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Proven Project Management: 7+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in real estate and healthcare.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Learning Management Systems: Proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms.
  • Agile and Resilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Competitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.

Location

This role is based in Toledo, Ohio, and requires occasional travel.
