Job Overview: As a Field Supervisor at Aftermath Services, you will be responsible for leading biohazard remediation projects and providing exceptional customer service. While prior experience in biohazard remediation, restoration, or related fields is a plus, we provide comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in various biohazard remediation projects to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, serving as a supervisory capacity without direct reports.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Effectively communicate and sell tailored scopes of work based on client needs, obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

Working Conditions: Must be able to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call, lift up to 50lbs, and handle physically demanding tasks. Occasional overnight travel with accommodation provided by the company is also required.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with completed training programs within specified timeframes.
