Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and machinery at our client's facility. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance tasks, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all maintenance-related activities, focusing on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, as well as foundry casting machinery, buildings, and grounds.
  • Supervise electricians, mechanics, and clean-up personnel to guarantee safe work practices and efficiency.
  • Maintain check sheets and PM records, promptly addressing action items and collaborating with other supervisors to drive improvements.
  • Train employees on necessary functions and provide safety training to prevent accidents.

Requirements

  • Suitable candidates must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to train others, and an understanding of environmental regulations.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role or a related field is highly beneficial.
