About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required, with co-signature from Case Manager
  • Follow up with patients, families, and healthcare teams on client problems, concerns, and changes in client condition
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
