We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Engineer to join our team in the St. Louis Park, MN office. As a key member of our Highway Team, you will work on moderate to large projects, providing transportation design services for transit, highway, state agencies, cities, and counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assimilate and manage data to provide transportation design services
  • Prepare roadway/highway design elements using local agency or AASHTO design standards
  • Work with a team to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for projects of various sizes and complexities
  • Manage day-to-day communication with team members, write reports, and organize project tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity with Highways and Roads engineering software
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
