Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers offers a career opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail store, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a salaried role with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Beyond the standard duties of a store manager, you will also be responsible for promoting products and services to guests, ensuring sales goals are achieved, and maintaining a productive sales environment. You will also be responsible for inventory management, expense control, and ensuring the store is effectively staffed.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to problem solve and resolve customer complaints. You will also need to possess basic math skills and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
