Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on New Vehicle Accessories.
  • Support inventory management by ensuring accurate stocking of parts daily.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits.
  • Examine returned parts for defects and coordinate their return to suppliers.
  • Assist customers in resolving their issues with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth operations within the parts department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Friendly demeanor, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with customers and team members.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in parts sales.
  • Two to three years of experience in a dealership setting.
