Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guide them in locating the parts they require.
- Provide expertise on New Vehicle Accessories.
- Support inventory management by ensuring accurate stocking of parts daily.
- Participate in regular inventory audits.
- Examine returned parts for defects and coordinate their return to suppliers.
- Assist customers in resolving their issues with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth operations within the parts department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Friendly demeanor, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication abilities with customers and team members.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in parts sales.
- Two to three years of experience in a dealership setting.
