Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate drywall repair projects from start to finish
  • Lead a team of drywall repair specialists to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in drywall installation or repairs
  • Experience managing construction, carpentry, or home repair crews is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
