Job Overview:
The Project Coordination Specialist plays a vital role in assisting with the planning, management, and organization of mechanical and plumbing projects. This position ensures that project objectives are met within designated timelines and budget constraints, under the guidance of a project manager or senior project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager in coordinating project activities and resources.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Help in managing project documentation and communication among stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in the mechanical construction sector or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
