Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Sweetwater. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve optimal health and function.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient-specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
