Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage project timelines and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and contractual obligations are met.
  • Oversee product lines remotely, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for timely material procurement and completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate Cost Account Management for assigned project budgets.
  • Communicate effectively through status reports to program stakeholders and management.
  • Utilize leading and lagging metrics to monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Engage frequently with customers and senior leadership to provide updates and insights.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.

Qualifications Required:

  • A University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an operations environment or regular interaction with operations teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with financial management, manufacturing processes, and Earned Value Management.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective material and manufacturing planning.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar MRP systems.
  • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives such as CORE, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proactive approach to risk management and opportunity identification.
