Job Description

We are looking for a driven Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team at Tuan.

Salary: $21/hour plus a weekly gas payment of $150, providing a competitive compensation package.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to promote and sell company products and services, focusing on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, utilizing CRM platforms to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets by the designated deadline, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service and building trust with clients.
  • Organize follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about new developments, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Develop compelling sales materials to effectively present company offerings to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, enabling successful deal closure and relationship development.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
