About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Child Clinician to join our team at Eliot. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and support to clients and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment to clients and families in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Collaborate with the CBHC child team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and families.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and other documentation as required to meet CBHC/Eliot standards.
  • Ensure that each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are respected.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehab Counseling, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and the ability to develop short-term interventions to support clients and families.
