Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior professional with extensive knowledge in the field and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles. Oversee complex projects or processes with minimal supervision, ensuring effective communication both within and outside the department to foster cooperation on operational practices.
- Manage large-scale projects or processes that extend beyond immediate job responsibilities, providing guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff members. Responsible for delegating tasks and reviewing work outputs.
- Engage in communication with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, as necessary. Clarify, interpret, and secure cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices.
- Focus on making significant improvements or enhancements to systems and processes to elevate job performance. Address complex problem-solving opportunities that may require thorough information gathering, analysis, and investigation.
- Contribute to achieving operational targets that directly influence departmental outcomes. Assist in setting departmental goals and planning initiatives, including budgets and operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong command of the job area, often recognized for specialization within the discipline. May also have a broad understanding of project management.
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Education and experience requirements are not exhaustive and may be supplemented by additional relevant qualifications.
- Experience with Creo for design purposes is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
In compliance with pay transparency standards, the salary range for this position is $88,000-164,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation, as the final offer may vary based on factors such as experience and geographic location. Fisica, Inc. also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, educational support, parental leave, paid time off, and company holidays. Specific benefits may vary based on the date of hire and employment schedule.
