About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. As a Primary Scheduler Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing calendars of multiple Educators by scheduling onsite visits with customers in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage books of business and calendars of 4-5 Educators, adhering to established parameters and scheduling goals.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner, documenting every encounter and attempt to connect.
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure scheduled appointments are accurately entered into the Educators' calendars.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties and handle other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a medical or dental environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including:
