Job Title: Periodontist

We are seeking a highly skilled Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. As a Periodontist, you will be responsible for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, as well as the placement of dental implants.

Responsibilities:
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
  • Recommend a personalized treatment plan that may include a combination of treatments like scaling and root planning, gum recession therapy, bone/tissue regeneration, and osseous surgery.
  • Specialize in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and in the placement of dental implants.
  • Perform dental implant treatments, including preparing your bone and gum tissue for implants and treating a failing implant.
  • Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree and specialized training in periodontics.
  • Possess a valid state dental license and maintain good standing with the dental board.
  • Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be Periodontists coming out of their residencies.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in performing periodontal surgeries and related treatments.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
