  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and others.
  • Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and staff performance.
  • Use a systematic approach to provide individualized nursing care and contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and plan of care development.
  • Evaluate guest responses to nursing interventions and understand the rational for medication and treatment administration.
Qualifications
  • Current state nursing licensure required.
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Experience in wound care/infection control desired.
