About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing team at Ovid Healthcare Center.

As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our guests, while also mentoring and developing our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care to our guests, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement nursing procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Current state nursing licensure required.
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired.
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Experience in wound care/infection control desired.
