Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Ensure a safe and functional work environment by reviewing work areas regularly to check for consistency with standard operating procedures, partner procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Forecasting: Forecast costs for equipment maintenance, supplies, training, and other expenses for the facility.
  • Facility Planning: Create proactive facility and equipment plans and present them annually to leadership.
  • Safety Programs: Work closely with the Director of Processing Operations to implement and maintain safety programs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure preventative maintenance and general troubleshooting on equipment and building are completed.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all OSHA/MIOSHA standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Manage incident reports and safety metrics for monthly reports.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate equipment inventory and service records.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate more complex repairs and warranty resolutions with vendors and contractors.
  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate for snow removal, lawn care, and other facility maintenance contracts.
  • Building Maintenance: Maintain and repair building fixtures, including lights, windows, doors, screens, walls, and floors.
  • Supply Procurement: Purchase necessary supplies, equipment, and materials to complete projects.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Perform ad hoc jobs and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • OSHA and MIOSHA Certifications: Relevant OSHA and MIOSHA certifications and training.
  • On-Call Availability: On-call availability.
  • HVAC Knowledge: Basic HVAC knowledge and experience.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 pounds with regularity.
