This role will operate under the supervision of the A/R Director within our office environment. The position is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. We prefer a consistent weekly schedule, such as Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM, with Mondays being particularly crucial for availability.

Our peak seasons occur in Spring and Fall.

We value previous office experience and require strong customer service abilities. Proficiency in typing, data entry, and spreadsheet management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including:
    • Support for collections
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct customer service calls
  • Assist commercial clients by organizing work orders and assigning them to technicians weekly
  • Communicate effectively with Facility Maintenance Companies
  • Process invoices for billing purposes
