About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Partner to join our team at Qurate Retail Group. As a key member of our Compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and communicating market compensation programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compensation support and leadership for assigned client groups or markets on behalf of the Compensation COE.
  • Develop relationships with HR Partners and business leaders across the organization to advise on organizational design, job evaluations, offers, and promotional increases.
  • Lead compensation opportunities within client areas or generally for Qurate, conducting compensation studies to support total rewards pay strategy and competitive pay positioning.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting global compensation, defining compensation guidelines, and administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs and policies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation-related law and intermediate to advanced level spreadsheet experience.
