Sales Manager Job Description

Spruce Pine Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, training, and directing the Sales Representatives team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train the Sales Representatives team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as F&I and Digital Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
