- Alumni Engagement: Coordinate alumni activities and ensure ongoing engagement with program graduates.
- Discharge Follow-up: Conduct discharge follow-up to support participants in their transition from the program to alumni status.
- Needs Assessment: Develop and adapt mindfulness activities to meet the specific needs of different groups, including youth, adults, and individuals in recovery.
- Community Advocacy: Advocate for mindfulness and well-being initiatives within the community or organization.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Personal Mindfulness Experience: A solid personal history of practicing mindfulness.
- Training and Certification: While formal certification might not be necessary, some training in peer support or facilitation can be advantageous.
This position requires frequent travel throughout the state to fulfill job duties. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications- Recovery Experience: This position is open to individuals who self-identify as being in recovery. Your lived experience and personal understanding of the recovery process are essential in providing authentic support and guidance to those we serve.

- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to relate to others' experiences and challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and plan group sessions and manage resources effectively.
- Community Engagement: Enthusiasm for engaging with the community or specific groups to promote mindfulness and mental well-being.
