Job Summary:As an Automotive Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise in automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and electronic systems, will ensure the highest level of service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across various vehicle makes and models.
- Perform routine maintenance and service tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems in vehicle systems.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair time and costs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor time.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Mentor and assist junior technicians and apprentices in developing their skills.
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with extensive knowledge of various vehicle systems.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to continue education and training to stay current with industry advancements.
