Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate care and exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Utilize the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability for the provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, adhering to our strict confidentiality policies.
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of hire and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to or acquired within the department's required timeframe.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, with prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
