- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where nursing duties are performed.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of within 30 days of hire.
