Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and level of function to establish goals for improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to enhance balance, walking, strength, and patient education
  • Assess the home environment to ensure safe mobility and recommend equipment to enhance therapy
  • Provide education to patients on proper use of equipment and techniques
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
  • BLS Certification
  • Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
  • Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
  • Strong experience using computers and computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
