Nurse Practitioner for Mobile Wound Healing LLC as a member of the medical team that specializes in wound care.

This role involves providing care for patients by assessing and monitoring wounds and making clinical decisions while creating/maintaining a plan that results in successful wound care management.


Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality wound care services to patients in homes and partner facilities

Performing bedside wound care skills including wound assessment, debridement, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor control, and minor surgical procedures

Tracking the progress of wound healing and documenting accordingly in Electronic Health Record

Developing a treatment plan for wound care based on the individual needs of each patient

Providing education to the patient, family, facility staff, and home health agency staff to promote understanding and healing, and for the management of patient's wounds

Requirements:
Quality patient care

Desire to work with geriatric population

Valid unrestricted state license

Graduate degree in nursing

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to facilities and homes
