Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team in Lincoln County. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of our passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- At least 21 years old.
- Subject to a drug screen and physical.
- Subject to DOT drug testing.
Benefits
- Starting wage: $22.45-$27.10/HR (DOE).
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
