About the Location:
Experience a luxurious mountain lodge situated in the heart of the American West. Surrounded by breathtaking peaks and renowned ski runs, the Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole offers a perfect blend of adventure and comfort, complemented by opulent accommodations and exceptional amenities.

Position Overview:

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a dedicated Turndown Attendant. This role is a vital component of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring a serene atmosphere in guest rooms by tidying and refreshing spaces, preparing them for a restful night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness standards are met and that all necessary amenities are available.
  • Replace used towels with fresh ones from the Linen Closet.
  • Wipe down wet surfaces in bathrooms to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clear away Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to designated service areas.
  • Adjust lighting, close drapes, play soft music, and prepare beds, ensuring all guest rooms and balconies are tidy, vacuumed, and dusted.
  • Remove trash from guest rooms to appropriate landing areas.
  • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, and reach as necessary.
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
