Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing staffing, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in hemodialysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements related to hemodialysis.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of DE required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree required within 3 years of hire.
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required.
- Nurse Executive certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical and leadership experience in hemodialysis required.
