Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for all client staffing requirements.
  • Create work schedules by aligning employees with client requests.
  • Manage timekeeping validation and approve time-off requests.
  • Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and fill vacancies promptly.
  • Communicate scheduling issues and open staffing requests to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
