We are seeking a skilled Emotional Wellness Coach to join our team at the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club. This full-time role will involve working with members, staff, and families to create positive social, emotional, and behavioral changes.

As an Emotional Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for implementing interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior in members. This includes modeling positive behavior interventions, providing coaching to staff, and developing interventions to provide a safe environment for members.

You will also assist in conducting workshops, training, and in-service for classroom management techniques and other topics to support members through Tier 1 and some Tier 2 practices and interventions.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience working with students, including those with behavioral issues or considered at-risk for academic success. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in education, counseling, social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field is required.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $31.00 - $34.00 hourly, paid holidays, tuition & technology reimbursement after 90 days of continued employment, paid development training, increased salary may be available for bilingual speakers, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, and paid time off.
